Practice 31 – Shoulders throughout the Clock Face

Now, put together the two different movements of your shoulders going forwards and backwards in the Clockface, from Practices 29 and 30.  Take your time to really let your joints and muscle fibres go through these movements slowly.  

It is important to get used to separating out the movement of the shoulder joint and the scapula.  Using Practice 29 and 30 together to create your 360 degrees flow motion movement is very important.  

It is a great process to use if you are sitting at a computer a lot of the time or it can help with any repetitive movement that leaves you with tension in your upper body.
