You are beginning a fascinating journey to release or reduce pain and gain mobility and flexibility to help you move freely and easily.
There will be some theory modules. However, there will mainly be modules that are Practices designed to get you moving correctly, aligning your body, and easing pressure on your feet.

The modules in the course are designed to help you understand the biomechanics of your feet and lower body, and a by-product of realigning and moving these areas correctly is very often reduced or alleviated pain.

Please make sure you do the practices in the correct order!
If you are in pain, keep your movements very small. Never push yourself over a pain level of 7 out of 10. This will be counter-productive.
I would like to suggest you get yourself a notepad to keep track of what you are noticing. You will also find the Self-Assessment Downloads chapter. So do print some out and use them.
