In Level 2 we explore Gait and the movement of the Feet, Pelvis, Rib Cage and Skull in relation to timing with each other. This is an exact science and essential element for organising your posture. We will also introduce the value of using the Breath and Mindful Body Scans to help connect with each area of your body

You will learn to incorporate all Level 1 knowledge into your body at a deeper level. Understanding how to move all structures of the body in 3D, in correct timing and alignment with each other.
You will also have mindful exploration practices for each part of the body.
We also introduce you to two more phases of gait and dynamic movement around the clockface.
Finally, you will discover the emotional connection to locking down your body's movement.
Important Information for Case Study Members of The Ixchel Community
Please note that as a Case Study you are required to fill in a feedback form after each of your 1-1 Sessions.
You will have access to the online course for the duration of your program with your trainee practitioner. If you wish to continue to have access you will need to become a member of The Ixchel Community
Your sessions will be viewed for assessment by a Practitioner Trainer and also used for practitioner community learning. However, if you wish for any sessions to remain private you can state this on your feedback form.
