Nothing on this site is intended to provide or replace medical advice, and some exercises or practices may not be suitable under certain physical or emotional conditions. By using this site, you acknowledge that you are an adult and take full responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, and safety.

These Terms and Conditions include both general terms applicable to all users of The Ixchel System, as well as additional product-specific terms relating to particular programmes, memberships, trainings, and services.

You agree not to hold The Ixchel System, its directors, staff, practitioners, contractors, affiliates, agents, or representatives responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from participation in or use of our services without appropriate professional supervision or medical advice where necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ixchel System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, physical, financial, or business losses arising from participation in any programme, service, session, training, or use of our content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

8.   Use of Practices and Teaching Restrictions

The practices, exercises, movement techniques, teaching methods, biomechanics principles, and methodology taught within The Ixchel System programmes are provided for personal educational and embodiment purposes only unless otherwise explicitly authorised in writing by The Ixchel System.

By participating in any programme, course, workshop, membership, live session, or training, you agree that you may not:

  • Teach or facilitate Ixchel System practices, exercises, or techniques in group settings

  • Teach or facilitate Ixchel System practices, exercises, or techniques in 1:1 sessions

  • Replicate, adapt, or reproduce The Ixchel System methodology for professional, commercial, or teaching purposes

  • Create courses, workshops, trainings, or content derived from The Ixchel System methodology

  • Present yourself as qualified to teach The Ixchel System work unless officially authorised by us

Permission to teach, facilitate, or professionally apply The Ixchel System methodology is only granted to individuals who are actively participating in, or have successfully completed, official The Ixchel System Practitioner Training programmes and remain authorised by The Ixchel System to do so.

Participation in standard client programmes, memberships, workshops, or courses does not grant teaching rights, practitioner status, certification, or permission to use the work professionally.

Any unauthorised teaching, replication, distribution, or commercial use of The Ixchel System methodology, practices, or intellectual property may result in removal from programmes, termination of access, and potential legal action.

Additionally, participation in any of our programme does not guarantee eligibility for our practitioner training programme.

9.   Our right to remove you

The Ixchel System reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to programmes, memberships, groups, sessions, or materials without refund where a participant breaches these Terms or behaves in a way that negatively impacts the safety, integrity, intellectual property, or community environment of The Ixchel System.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • sharing or redistributing content or login access

  • abusive, aggressive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour

  • unauthorised teaching or reproduction of the methodology

  • breaches of intellectual property terms

  • misuse of community spaces or platforms

10. Session Recordings

Any live sessions, workshops, group sessions, trainings, webinars, check-ins, Q+A sessions, practitioner trainings, or other online events run by The Ixchel System may be recorded for educational, training, quality assurance, administrative, and replay purposes.

By attending or participating in any session, you acknowledge and agree that your name, voice, video, comments, questions, or participation may appear within recordings shared with authorised participants, members, trainees, or clients where relevant.

Where replay access is included as part of a programme, membership, training, or offering, recordings will generally be made available for a limited access period determined by The Ixchel System. Replay access periods may vary between offerings and may be modified, restricted, or removed at the discretion of The Ixchel System.

While sessions are generally recorded and uploaded where intended, there may occasionally be circumstances where recordings are unavailable, incomplete, corrupted, delayed, restricted, or not uploaded due to technical issues, human error, confidentiality considerations, participant privacy concerns, platform failures, or other operational reasons.

The Ixchel System does not guarantee the availability, quality, or continued access of recordings for every session and shall not be held responsible where recordings or replay access are unavailable or inaccessible for any reason.

11. Force Majeure

The Ixchel System shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, cancellation, or failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, technical failures, internet outages, platform failures, natural disasters, governmental actions, pandemics, travel disruption, labour disputes, or other force majeure events.

12. Additional Terms for Get Into Your Body Programmes

The Get Into Your Body Level 1, 2, and 3 programmes are designed as structured educational experiences consisting of three core elements:

  • Independent completion of the online course materials and practices

  • 1:1 sessions with an Ixchel System practitioner

  • Participation in live VIP group sessions

Participants are expected to engage with all elements of the programme as intended in order to receive the full educational experience and support structure of the methodology.

Participation in the programme does not guarantee specific physical, emotional, professional, or financial outcomes.

Online course materials:

Access to online course materials is provided for the reasonable commercial lifetime of the product, platform, or business and may be modified, removed, or discontinued at the discretion of The Ixchel System.

 1:1 sessions

Where Victoria Salomon is the participant’s assigned practitioner, 1:1 sessions may be included within the programme price where specified at the point of purchase.

For participants working with any other practitioners:

  • 1:1 session fees are paid directly to the practitioner and are arranged privately between the participant and their chosen practitioner.

  • Practitioners offering 1:1 sessions as part of The Ixchel System programmes operate as independent practitioners and are responsible for their own professional services, client relationships, conduct, insurance, legal compliance, and professional practice.

  • While The Ixchel System requires practitioners within our network to undertake training in our methodology, maintain appropriate professional insurance, and receive guidance relating to GDPR, professional standards, and programme delivery, The Ixchel System is not responsible for the actions, advice, conduct, treatment decisions, scheduling, business practices, pricing, or outcomes arising from independent practitioner-client relationships or 1:1 sessions.

  • Any concerns, disputes, claims, cancellations, or issues relating specifically to 1:1 practitioner sessions should be addressed directly with the relevant practitioner under their own professional policies and agreements.

As part of the structure of the programme, participants may be asked to complete feedback forms, questionnaires, progress updates, or reflections relating to their experience within the programme.

These feedback forms support:

  • Practitioner training and development

  • Case study requirements

  • Internal research and development

  • Ongoing refinement of The Ixchel System methodology and educational delivery

By participating in the programme, you agree to provide feedback where reasonably requested as part of the educational structure of the programme.

Participation in live group sessions

Participation in live VIP group sessions forms an important part of the Get Into Your Body programme structure.

Each Get Into Your Body programme includes access to one full intake of VIP group sessions corresponding to that programme level.

Participants will be asked for their preferred VIP group intake where possible. However, placement within specific groups cannot be guaranteed, and The Ixchel System reserves the right to allocate participants to alternative groups where availability is limited or operationally necessary.

All live online sessions included in your Get Into Your Body programme are subject to the general ‘Session Recordings’ terms outlined above

Participation in any Get Into Your Body programme, including Levels 1, 2, or 3, does not qualify you to teach, facilitate, coach, or professionally apply The Ixchel System practices or methodology unless you have been formally accepted into and completed official Ixchel System Practitioner Training.

Completion of any level of the programme also does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, or progression into The Ixchel System Practitioner Training pathway. Admission into practitioner training remains entirely at the discretion of The Ixchel System.

13. Additional Terms for The Ixchel Integration Membership

The Ixchel Integration Membership is an ongoing subscription-based membership designed to support continued embodiment, practice, education, accountability, and community connection following participation in The Ixchel System programmes.

Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to:

  • Live online Check-In sessions

  • Monthly Q+A or maintenance sessions

  • Access to replay libraries

  • Community forums or discussion spaces

  • Discounts on selected workshops, programmes, or events

  • Additional educational or practice content

The specific content, structure, schedule, facilitators, availability, and features of the membership may change over time at the discretion of The Ixchel System.

Membership access is provided solely for the registered member and may not be shared, transferred, reproduced, or distributed.

Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan selected at the time of purchase. By joining the membership, you authorise The Ixchel System to automatically collect recurring payments unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle the member to refunds for previous payments already processed unless otherwise required by law or stated within a separate refund policy.

Access to membership content, live sessions, replay libraries, and community spaces will remain active only whilst the membership subscription remains active.

Live sessions included within the membership are subject to the general ‘Session Recordings’ terms outlined above.

The Ixchel Integration Membership is intended for personal educational and embodiment purposes only. Membership does not grant permission to teach, facilitate, reproduce, commercially apply, or professionally use The Ixchel System practices or methodology unless explicitly authorised through official practitioner training and written permission from The Ixchel System.

The Ixchel System reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access without refund where a member is found to be:

  • Sharing login details or membership content

  • Acting in a disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate manner

  • Breaching intellectual property terms

  • Attempting to teach, copy, reproduce, or commercially use The Ixchel System methodology without authorisation

  • Acting in a way that negatively impacts the safety, integrity, or community environment of the membership

The Ixchel System also reserves the right to modify, pause, discontinue, or restructure the membership offering, pricing, schedule, or included features at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

The Ixchel System reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
