Meet Debbie Brupbacher

Debbie has always known that the body holds a quiet wisdom of its own—a wisdom that speaks to us when we slow down enough to listen.. As an ultrarunner for over 25 years, she became finely attuned to the subtle signs of misalignment, yet she often pushed through discomfort without listening to what her body truly needed. Her natural curiosity about human potential led her from a long career in Finance into people development and coaching, driven by a passion for uncovering root causes rather than applying temporary fixes.

Debbie’s journey with Ixchel began when severe knee pain left her unable to run—or even walk—without discomfort. Within three months of experiencing the methodology, she regained balance and alignment, walking pain-free, and was able to run a 50-km race. This transformative experience gave her the physical relief and a sense of safety, support and ease in her own body, allowing her to move freely again. Moved by her own healing journey, she completed her Ixchel training and, together with coaching, guides clients toward easeful, aligned, and embodied living.

For Debbie, the body has been a portal back home to herself—a place where release, ease, and deep self-connection become possible. She believes our pains and symptoms are often a gentle nudge towards deeper self-awareness, asking us to pause, listen, and make meaningful changes. This belief shapes the way she works with clients, blending her expertise as a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) with the Ixchel methodology to create a holistic, compassionate space for healing and growth.

Her approach is warm, intuitive, and deeply human. She creates a safe, compassionate space where clients can release stored tension and emotions, realign their bodies, and rediscover a sense of connection and vitality. Through this embodied work, Debbie guides people back to a more easeful, supported, and authentic way of being; one where healing feels natural, and life can flow again.
