In the Internal Family Systems and The Ixchel System course, we will explore how the various emotional parts of the body can manifest in physical symptoms such as lockdown, chronic pain, and immobility. We will delve into the concept of managers, Exiles, and firefighters, which are different aspects of the psyche that can influence our behaviors and responses to external stimuli.

By understanding how these internal parts interact with each other and with the body, we will learn how to identify and connect with them in order to address the root causes of physical symptoms. We will explore how these parts may manifest physically in the body, as well as how they influence our behaviors and responses to people, places, and things in our environment.

Through this exploration, we will learn how the biomechanics of the Get Into Your Body Practices work with these internal parts in a holistic manner, aiming to promote healing and restore balance to both the emotional and physical aspects of our being.
